Add your chambers
Add each location where you see patients. Set the consultation fee, follow-up fee, and report fee for each chamber.

Set your weekly schedule
For each chamber, add your recurring time slots — which days of the week and what hours. These become the bookable windows patients pick from.

Complete your public profile
Add your headline, photo, about section, education, specialties, and choose which chambers to show publicly. Also add your bKash or bank details for payouts.

Publish your profile
Hit "Publish" — your profile goes live on DaktarPro instantly at daktarpro.com/doctor/your-name. You can unpublish anytime.

What happens when a patient books
From finding you online to sitting in your chamber — this is the full journey.

Patient searches by name, specialty, or city. They land on your public profile and see your bio, education, reviews, and which chambers you practice at.

Creates an account with phone OTP
No username or password. The patient enters their phone number, receives a 6-digit code via SMS, and they're in. Takes under a minute.

Picks chamber → date → time slot
Patient selects one of your public chambers, picks a date, and chooses from your available time slots. Only slots that are not already booked are shown. A slot is reserved for them for 5 minutes while they complete payment.

Patient pays the consultation fee using card, bKash, Nagad, or any supported method through the SSLCommerz payment gateway. Your fee is set in ProtonEMR — the patient cannot change the amount.

How the payment works
The patient pays upfront. The money comes to your account after the ProtonEMR team reviews and transfers it.

Patient pays on DaktarPro
Patient pays the full consultation fee via SSLCommerz (card, bKash, Nagad). The amount is exactly what you set in your chamber settings in ProtonEMR.

You get notified immediately
As soon as payment is confirmed, you receive an email and an SMS on your registered phone. The appointment appears in ProtonEMR automatically.

ProtonEMR holds the collected amount
The payment is collected into the ProtonEMR merchant account. A small platform fee (10%) is deducted. Your 90% share is held, ready to be transferred to you.

Admin transfers your share & confirms
The ProtonEMR admin reviews pending payments and sends your 90% to your bKash number or bank account (whichever you added in your Directory Profile). Once sent, you get an email confirmation with the transaction reference.

Where is your payout sent?
During your Directory Profile setup in ProtonEMR, you enter either your bKash / Nagad number or your bank account details.
The ProtonEMR admin sees this information when settling your payment and transfers directly to whichever account you registered.
Tip: Make sure your bKash/bank details in your Directory Profile are always up to date so there are no delays.
Getting Paid
From patient's payment to your account
Settlements happen within 7 working days. Here's the full cycle.
Step 1
Patient pays online
Full fee collected via SSLCommerz. Appointment confirmed automatically.
Step 2
Admin reviews
ProtonEMR admin sees the payment in the admin panel, along with your payout destination.
Step 3
Admin transfers
Your 90% share is sent to your bKash or bank account — within 7 working days.
Step 4
You're notified
You receive an email with the settlement amount and the transfer reference number.
Video Consultation
How telemedicine works
If you enable telemedicine for a chamber, patients can book a video call appointment — everything else is identical to a regular booking.

To enable telemedicine, go to your chamber settings in ProtonEMR and turn on "Video Consultation". Patients will then see the option when booking that chamber.
