ProtonEMR may be used only for lawful medical and healthcare-related purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of any data entered and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You must be a licensed medical professional or an authorized healthcare organization to use ProtonEMR for clinical purposes. Patients may access records only through secure, doctor-approved sharing features.

3. Data Ownership

All patient and medical data entered into ProtonEMR remain the property of the doctor or healthcare provider. ProtonEMR does not claim ownership of your data and processes it solely to provide the Service.

4. Offline and Online Usage

  • The offline version stores all data locally on your device. You are responsible for backups and data protection.
  • The cloud version provides secure storage and access but requires a stable internet connection.

5. Privacy

Your use of ProtonEMR is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and protected.

6. Restrictions

  • Reverse engineering, tampering, or misuse of the software is prohibited.
  • Unauthorized access to systems or data is strictly forbidden.
  • Sharing credentials or violating patient confidentiality is not allowed.

7. Termination

ProtonEMR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if the Service is misused in a manner that compromises patient safety or data security.

8. Updates and Modifications

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the app or website.

9. Limitation of Liability

ProtonEMR is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruption, or network failure.
