Refund Policy

Transparent, fair, and doctor-friendly refund policy for ProtonEMR.

We want you to be completely satisfied with ProtonEMR. If for any reason you are not happy with your experience, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

Important: The refund policy is not applicable for the offline version of ProtonEMR due to one-time licensing and local installation.

Eligibility

  • The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • Applicable only to the cloud (online) version
  • Valid for first-time purchases only (not renewals)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team at hello@protonemr.com with the following information:

  • Order ID or purchase email
  • Approximate date of purchase

No explanation is required, although your feedback is always appreciated and helps us improve ProtonEMR.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Exceptions

  • Refunds are not available for offline licenses, customized enterprise solutions, or team plans unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement
  • After 7 calendar days, all sales are considered final
